    • 15 grams of gelatin powder, mix with hot water until dissolved
    • 150 ml liquid milk
    • 500 ml heavy cream
    • 100 grams sugar
    • 2 tsp vanilla powder
    Sauce:

    • 250 grams strawberries
    • 1/5 tablespoons granulated sugar
    • A little black pepper powder

    1. Pudding: Mix the gelatin solution with liquid milk, stir well.
    2. Boil the cream and sugar over low heat while continuing to stir until the sugar is dissolved, remove from heat.

    4. Strain batter pudding and insert it into 6 pieces small transparent bowl. Save in freezer until hardened.
