How to Make Buttermilk with Lemon Juice with Simple Instructions

Instructions:
- Combine milk and lemon juice. Measure 1 cup a little milk. Stir 1 tablespoon of lemon juice or white vinegar.
- Let stand 5-10 minutes. Let the mixture stand at room temperature for 5-10 minutes. When ready, the milk will thicken slightly and you will see small pieces of nuggets. (Substitute this will not be as thick as a regular buttermilk.)
