Delicious Chocolate Cake

The combination of

- 1 egg yolk
- 1 teaspoon emulsifier
- 75 grams of refined sugar
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- 75 grams of low-protein flour
- 25 grams of milk powder
- ¼ teaspoon baking powder
- 50 ml thick coconut milk and instant
- 25 grams of margarine, melted
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla paste
- 125 grams of strawberry jam to spread
How to make a
chocolate cake vanilla:
- Cake chocolate, whisk the eggs, sugar, salt, and emulsifier until fluffy.
- Combine flour, cocoa powder, milk powder, and baking powder sifted slowly. Add the coconut milk mixture, chocolate paste, and margarine melted, stirring gently.
- Pour batter into 2 pieces in a baking dish that box 20x20x3cm Cover cookie sheet with no spread with margarine.
- Steam over medium heat 20 minutes until cooked. Set aside.
