Easily Make Fruit Cake Mix
From a basic
butter cake type we can create a variety of other cake. So no need to make a
variety of dough. Just one then vary so assorted cake. Fruit cake mix is one
of them. This cake is also known as the English fruit cake with similar models
and good taste make anyone love this cake.
Ingredients:
- 275 grams of margarine
- 225 grams of sugar
- 5 eggs
- 250 grams of flour proteins are
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
- 50 ml of liquid milk
- ¼ teaspoon vanilla paste
- 150 grams of fruit mix (raisins, cherry red, green cherry)
How to make:
- Beat margarine and sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time alternately with sifted flour portion and shaken gently.
- Add the remaining flour and baking powder mixture alternately with milk and vanilla paste sifted and shaken gently. Add fruit mix. Stir spread.
- Pour the batter into the pan 18 x 18 x 7 cm were smeared with margarine and bread in a pad of paper.
- Oven with fire below a temperature of 180 degrees Celsius 65 minutes until cooked.
