Recipes and How To Make Cake Sandesh
Sandesh is sweet snacks derived from Bengal, India. The food
is made with milk and sugar, and extremely delicious served as a dessert. Some
people in the region of Dhaka call pranahara which is kind of sandesh softer,
made with mawa and the core of the buttermilk.
Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup caster sugar
- 12 tablespoons pistachio powder
- 1 liter of goat's milk
- 10 pistachios
- 1/4 teaspoon citric acid
- 200 grams of flour paneer
How to Make:
- Boil the milk, citric acid mixed with water and insert into the milk, stirring until thickened.
- Sift flour paneer, insert it into the frying pan preheat flour while paneer with caster sugar for 5 minutes.
- Mix all ingredients and grind until smooth. Add finely ground pistachio nuts, make into small balls. Serve.
