The panna cotta is a sweet dish or dessert that is very well
known from Italy. This dessert means 'panna' is cream, whereas 'cotta' is ripe.
So, panna cotta is a cream that is cooked. The recipes were very easy to
prepare but have exceptional taste.
- 15 grams of gelatin powder, mix with hot water until dissolved
- 150 ml liquid milk
- 500 ml heavy cream
- 100 grams sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla powder
- 250 grams strawberries
- 1/5 tablespoons granulated sugar
- A little black pepper powder
- Pudding: Mix the gelatin solution with liquid milk, stir well.
- Boil the cream and sugar over low heat while continuing to stir until the sugar is dissolved, remove from heat.
- Add the milk-gelatin mixture and vanilla, stirring until gelatin mature while hot and completely dissolved.
- Strain batter pudding and insert it into 6 pieces small transparent bowl. Save in freezer until hardened.
- Put all the sauce ingredients into a container and puree. Transfer to a bowl, store in refrigerator until used.
- Remove the pudding from the refrigerator and serve cold with the sauce.
