Zucchini cake Delicious and Healthy Made Easy
Zucchini is a type of cucumber fruit to be harvested before
ripe vegetables. Another benefit of zucchini for health has not been so widely

Ingredients:
- 150 grams zucchini, grated rough
- 2 eggs
- 100 grams of flour
- 25 grams of cornstarch
- 27 grams of milk powder
- 100 grams sugar
- ½ teaspoon salt
How to Make:
- Beat eggs, sugar until thick, add salt and beat well.
- Add grated zucchini and stir with a spatula. Then put the flour, cornstarch and sifted powdered milk, stirring until well blended.
- Pour the batter into the baking pan that has been smeared and lined with baking paper. Bake at 120 degrees Celsius for 20 to 30 minutes.
- Once cooked let cake cool slightly then remove from pan and cut. Serve with tea
