How to Make Bread Dough
Who does not know the bread? Yes, of course, we all know that because bread is a major source of carbohydrates us to perform daily activities. Bread can be combined with a variety of materials and has many flavors such as chocolate, cheese, mocha, or other flavors. To make the bread we need to make bread dough beforehand. Ingredients:
- 500 g cake flour (4 x 250 ml) (4 cups)
- 10 ml salt (2 tsp)
- Sugar 5 ml (1 tsp)
- 45 g Margarine (3 tablespoons)
- 10 g Anchor Instant Yeast (1 package)
- 300 ml lukewarm water (approx. 1 + 1/4 cup)
- Mix all dry ingredients together, then rub the margarine into the flour with your fingertips. Add anchor Instant Yeast and mix.
- Add enough warm water to form a soft dough and knead the dough well until smooth and elastic, about 5 minutes.
- Place the dough on a lightly floured surface, cover with plastic greasy and leave to rest for 5 minutes.
