How to make:
  • Add baking a large bowl.
  • Crumble until it resembles fine crumbs
  • Add frosting a little at a time until the cake moist and can withstand a spherical shape, but still a little fragile.
  • Use your hands to incorporate frosting into the cake crumbs.
  • Use a mini ice cream scoop and scoop two balls of cake mix.
  • Roll the mixture into balls and place on a plate tight.
  • Repeat until all the mixture cake was rolled into a ball.
  • Melt 2-4 ounces of white chocolate in the microwave.
  • Dip the tip of the cake pop stick into the white chocolate and insert into cake balls about half way.
  • Freeze for about 20 minutes.
  • While preparing for all of your decorating equipment.
  • Melt the remaining chocolate in a large cup. Make sure you have enough chocolate to completely submerge the ball cake.
  • Remove ball cake from the freezer.
  • Ball Dip cake carefully into the chocolate until covered.
  • Let the excess chocolate drip. Swirl and tap gently if necessary.
  • Add a sprinkling of chocolate while still wet. It will harden quickly.
  • Keep the cake pop decorated to a styrofoam block to complete the setup.
  • Place in the freezer to speed up the setting time.
  • Cover with a clear bag of treats and a ribbon for gift giving, if desired.
  • Store in a single layer, in an airtight container.
  • Enjoy!
