Chocolate orange
mousse cake, soft serve cold enjoyed this fitting is perfect for dessert.

Ingredients:
- 7 yolk
- 2 egg whites
- 85 grams of sugar
- 50 grams of cake flour
- 25 grams of cocoa powder

Material Toppings:
- 100 grams of marmalade
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon instant jelly powder
- 200 ml of water
- Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Add the flour, cocoa powder, cornstarch, and baking powder sifted and mix evenly.
