Tips to Make Meringue: Not as Easy as It Looks
Although it seems easy to make meringue, still consider the tips to make it. Temperature egg whites should match the room temperature in order to achieve maximum results. Do not use egg whites straight from the refrigerator. If using egg whites cold, you should leave it in normal air so that the temperature is normal.
Moist air affects the quality of the meringue because of the high volume of sugar tends to absorb moisture.
