How to Make Apple Pie for Dessert
Dessert is a food that must exist after we eat the main course. One dessert that can be served the apple pie. These foods usually have a sweet taste and good to eat after eating a main meal. Other than as dessert, apple pie can also be eaten when the time relax as your vacation time or can be served as weddings or small party.

Ingredients:
  • Crumb Pie
  • Cooking Apples (8 cups, peeled, cored, quartered, thinly sliced)
  • Light brown sugar (1/3 cup firmly packed)
  • Granulated sugar (1/3 cup)
  • Corn flour (1 tablespoon)
  • Land cinnamon (1 teaspoon)
  • Land nutmeg (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Salt (1/4 teaspoon)
  • Butter or margarine (2 tablespoons)
  • A little milk (for the upper crust)
  • A little more sugar (for the top crust)
  • Cinnamon (optional)

How to Make Apple Pie for Dessert

How to make:
  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit / 220 degrees Celsius.
  • In a small bowl, combine sugar, cornstarch, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt.
  • Place the apples in a large bowl and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon mixture over apples.
  • Stir gently and let stand for ten minutes or until juices form a little.
  • Prepare the cake crumbs in nine-inch pie plate. When trimming the edges, leaving 1/2 inch (1.3 cm) overhang.
  • The pile of apple-sugar mixture into bottom of baking / crust and lumps of butter or margarine decline.
  • Wet the edges of the pastry overhanging the bottom before placing the cake top and cut one inch overhang. Press overhanging edge, turning under, to close them together around the edges of the cake.   • Place the pie in the oven (425 degrees Fahrenheit / 220 degrees Celsius) and bake for 40 minutes. Pie ready when the apples are tender and juices bubble through the slits of the upper crust. Watching to ensure that the edges of the crust does not brown too early. Cover the edges of the crust with a narrow strip of foil if necessary.
  • After the pie is done, take it out of the oven and let cool for about 15 minutes before serving.
