How to Make an Omelet for Breakfast
The omelet is a food that can be served quickly and easily. In addition, the basic material of an omelet not too difficult to find in supermarkets or traditional markets. Omelet really was suitable for breakfast or a casual meal. Omelet also contains nutrients that are good for us. The Omelet can be enjoyed by anyone whether young or old.
Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs, more free-range or organic
- Sea salt and black pepper
- A small knob of butter
- Optional: a small handful of grated Cheddar cheese
How to make:
- Crack the eggs into a mixing bowl with salt and pepper
- Whisk with a fork
- Put a small pan on low heat and let it heat, add a small knob of butter
- When the butter has melted and boil, add your eggs and move the pan around to spread them evenly
- When the omelet start cooking and tighten, but still have a little raw egg on top, sprinkle over Cheddar, if used (sometimes my scar mine directly into omelets)
- Ease around the edges of the omelet with a spatula, then fold it in half
- When it starts to turn golden brown on the bottom, remove the pan from the heat and slide the omelet onto a plate
